These services are about providing focused and relevant support to children and families on the ‘edge of care.’

They’re about creating stability, reducing the number of children in long-term and residential care, building safer, stronger families and helping Local Authorities utilise limited resources more effectively.

Targeted Intervention

Designed to overcome the challenges faced by families with complex needs, our Targeted Intervention programmes include detailed family assessments, intensive parenting skills development and specialist education and therapeutic guidance.

Reunification

Our Reunification programmes safely rehabilitate children back into the family home – recognising that intensive assessment, planning and support are essential for a successful transition.

Evidence Based Family Interventions

Our edge of care services utilise our own Team Parenting^®, Triple P^® and Solution Focused Brief Therapy models to enable families and children to stay together in a safe and happy home. This unique way of working and our ability to combine these three models allows us to work more efficiently and effectively towards positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
