Early Intervention

Being proactive is fundamental to the way we work. For a child who faces either being taken into care or exclusion from school, early intervention can prove crucial.

Early intervention is the first link in the chain of family support that we provide, ranging right through to more intensive support programmes such as targeted intervention.

Who’s it for?

For families struggling with behavioural difficulties at home, early intervention can prevent escalation of problems which may arise out of these circumstances. Through our family support services, we work to determine and overcome challenges faced by the child or young person in order to create a happier, healthier family environment.

Intervening at the earliest point, we work to lay the foundations of good parenting to effect change in the family unit and provide a real opportunity for lasting improvements in children’s lives.
