Governance

The Core Assets Group of Companies is owned by its founders, Jim Cockburn (Executive Chair) and Jan Rees (Non Executive Director). It is a combination of 'for profit' and 'not for profit' legal entities. The Head Office is in Bromsgrove near Birmingham, England. The Board of Directors composition is; Executive Chairman, six Executive Directors and three Non-Executive Directors.

The newly formed not-for-profit Core Foundation will enable the Group to exercise and express Corporate Social Responsibility. The Foundation is in its formative stage.

The first company started in the UK in 1994, located in the Midlands. Expansion has continued incrementally as the chart below shows, with a collective 1000 employees worldwide.
